The Foundation has a broad based membership open to all professionals, educational institutes, industries, governmental or quasi-governmental bodies operating in any field of energy.
In addition to institutional, individual and corporate members, the Foundation is comprised of Honorary members, Emeritus members, and Fellows. The board will grant such membership status on the basis of the applicant’s contribution to the field of energy.
Members from both emerging and developed nations are encouraged to apply.
Membership and affiliates as of November 2011 exceeds 35,000 from over 160 countries.
